There’s plenty more to uncover about Spain and why it’s considered to be one of the best places to go for a vacation; the culture of Spain is just so distinctive and rich that it has set itself apart in Europe and other nations. Spain has contributed much to the different branches of art in the world with a touch that is undoubtedly Spanish. Even Spain’s climate is very varied so you can choose where you want to stay in depending on the type of climate that you want to experience.
Architecture is one of the things that Spain can be truly proud of and is part of the legacy of Spanish and non-Spanish architects all over the world. A fine example is Frank Gehry’s buildings in Spain, particularly the world-famous Guggenheim Museum which is one of the first of its kind. Juan de Villanueva designed the world-famous Prado Museum, one of the biggest and bestin all of Europe.
Parc Guell is also one such place that brings Spain pride from the day of construction until today when it’s already considered one of the top traveller’s destination in Spain. Antonio Gaudi created the Guell Park and his affection to nature was clearly reflected in the designs that he makes. Parc Guell houses impressive stone and tile works as well as stone architectural structures that were made to complement the charm of nature instead of overpower it.
There are also some sports activities that regularly adjusts because of the many varied weather conditions that people enjoy in Spain. Skiing is a usual diversion for people who live in the colder parts of the country like in the Sierra Navada Mountains, while the warmer parts of the country like the Castell d’Aro boasts of beaches that are pristine and world-class in terms of amenities. There are in reality many beautiful beaches around Spain and one of the more attention-grabbing information about this is that since the weather in Spain varies by location, you can go skiing on the Sierra Navada Mountains and then go down to sun yourself in the surrounding beaches in the area or go to local outdoor bars for world-famous tapas and beer.
Most people in Spain know how to speak in English, making it easier for tourists to interact with the locals and to truly enjoy their stay; after all, part of the pleasure of shopping is quibbling for bargains with sellers, and the best way to do that is to ask in dialect they are most particular with.
